Refund and Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 3-days return policy from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we only offer refunds or exchanges if the product received is incorrect (wrong item sent), damaged upon delivery, or expired at the time of receipt.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at info@essaunce.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Pack and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Address: Ship your return to the address provided with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@essaunce.com and send your item to the address provided upon approval.
