Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of essaunce.com.pk (the "Site") and to any order you place. The Site is operated by Essaunce (Pvt) LTD, Islamabad, Pakistan ("Essaunce", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with it. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are cosmetic products and are not medicines. Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. Please read the label, do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are unsure, speak to a doctor first.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery is free. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. The prepaid discount applies only to orders paid online through the Site. We may cancel an order that was priced by mistake and will tell you if we do.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it and dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, details cannot be verified, or we suspect misuse. Every Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by an automated call and a call from our team before dispatch, and we may hold or cancel an order we cannot confirm. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or, when available, online through our payment provider. Online payments are processed by the provider under its own terms. We do not store your card or wallet details.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Essaunce name, logo, images, videos and text on the Site belong to Essaunce (Pvt) LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or video, you allow us to display it on our Site and channels. We only publish reviews from real customers and we may remove content that is false, abusive or unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Essaunce is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to your use of the Site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Islamabad.
